Frequently Asked Questions

BOOKING & SCHEDULING

How do I book a session?

You can book directly through our website or on-site at the front desk. Our online booking system is updated in real time—simply choose your service, preferred time slot, and whether you want a solo or group session. You’ll receive an email confirmation right after.

Can I walk in without a booking?

Walk-ins are welcome, but availability isn’t guaranteed. To avoid waiting or missing out on your preferred service, we highly recommend booking ahead — especially during peak hours.

Can I book multiple services in one visit?

Yes. You’re welcome to combine services in one visit — whether it’s movement, recovery, or a little of both. Many of our guests love creating their own mini reset ritual. Our team can help you schedule the right flow.

What if I’m running late?

We understand that city life happens. If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Your session may be shortened to respect the next guest’s booking, and late arrivals may still be charged in full.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund or rebooking. Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds. Refund requests may be sent to [email protected].

Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and select e-wallets. Payments can be made online or in person. For packages and memberships, installment options may be available soon.

Do you charge VAT or additional fees?

All pricing is transparent and shared before booking. Any applicable taxes or required fees are reflected clearly at checkout.

Are packages refundable or transferable?

Packages are generally non-refundable. Transferability may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. If you have specific concerns, our team is happy to assist.

For First Timers

What should I bring to my session?

Just yourself. Towels, robes, and slippers are provided.

For movement classes, wear something comfortable. Changing rooms and secure lockers are available.

Please bring a valid ID and any required medical clearance. Arrive 10–15 minutes early for a short consultation and waiver.

I’ve never done this before. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Many of our guests are first-timers. Our team will walk you through the process gently and clearly. There’s no pressure to “know what to do.” This is a space to slow down and feel safe.

Can I tour the space before booking?

Yes — depending on availability. You’re welcome to drop by and say hello. If you’d like a guided walkthrough, we suggest messaging us ahead of time so we can accommodate you properly.

Memberships & Packages

Do I need a membership to book a session?

Not at all. You can book sessions individually anytime. Memberships and packages are designed for those who want to come regularly and enjoy better value.

How do memberships work?

Memberships are designed for those who want to make recovery part of their rhythm. They typically include preferred rates, curated access to services, and community perks. Details vary depending on the plan, and our team will be happy to guide you through options.

Can I pause my membership?

Membership pauses may be accommodated under certain conditions. Please reach out to our team directly to discuss your situation, and we’ll do our best to support you.

Health, Safety & Accessibility

What safety protocols are in place?

We follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols for all our spaces and equipment. Treatment areas are cleaned between each use. Our team is trained to prioritize your comfort and safety.

Can I visit if I’m pregnant or have a medical condition?

If you’re pregnant or managing a medical condition, we recommend consulting your physician first. Please inform us ahead of your visit so we can assess whether certain services are appropriate for you.

Are the services safe for older adults?

Many of our services are suitable for older adults, especially those focused on gentle movement and recovery. However, we always recommend discussing any medical considerations with both your doctor and our team before booking.
