Terms & Conditions

1. Operating Hours

Our studio is open Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, unless otherwise announced. Hours may vary during holidays or special events.

2. Bookings

Appointments must be made through our third-party booking app. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon full payment.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway. Accepted methods include debit/credit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Your information is:

• Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or one-time rescheduling.
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session may incur a 50% fee.
• No-shows or late arrivals (15 minutes or more) will be charged in full and marked as consumed.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment channel and may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

5. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 12 hours before the original booking time. Rescheduling within 12 hours is subject to approval and availability.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Arriving on time for appointments
• Declaring any health conditions that may impact service suitability
• Following wellness space guidelines and community rules

We reserve the right to decline service if safety or integrity of the session is compromised.

7. Code of Conduct

Cedo Wellness is a respectful, inclusive space. Disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal or service restrictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Services provided are for general wellness and are not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult a medical professional if you have concerns. Cedo Wellness is not liable for outcomes outside the scope of provided services.

9. Changes to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, operating hours, and these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Updates will be reflected on our website.
